Appmosphere Terms of Use

Welcome to Appmosphere. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Appmosphere services, including the website, mobile apps, Trade Hub, Job Listings, Monetization features, Teen Mode, Livestreams, Messenger, and any other features (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
- You must be of the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under that age, Teen Mode applies; parental consent or oversight may be required.
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
2. Accounts, Passwords & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify Appmosphere immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Appmosphere will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.
3. Content
- You are responsible for the content you post (text, images, videos, livestreams). You represent that you own or have rights to the content, and that posting does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- By posting content, you grant Appmosphere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, modify, and host that content as needed to provide the Services.
- Appmosphere may remove or disable access to content that violates the Terms, including content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
4. Monetization Features
- To participate in monetization, you must meet eligibility criteria (followers, engagement, content compliance, etc.).
- Payouts will be subject to minimum thresholds and may require verification (identity, payment account).
- Appmosphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate monetization privileges for creators who violate these Terms or applicable policies.
5. Trade Hub & Job Listings
- Sellers in Trade Hub must abide by product listing rules, including accurate descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment responsibilities.
- Buyers must follow purchasing and payment policies as set out. Refund, shipping, and dispute policies apply.
- Job Listings must be legitimate; false claims or fraudulent job posts are prohibited.
6. Teen Mode & Safety
- Teen Mode is designed to provide a safer experience for younger users, with restricted features, content filtering, and parental control.
- Parents/guardians responsible for account oversight may be required.
- Even under Teen Mode, users must comply with all Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Circumvent any restrictions or filters (e.g., content filters, Teen Mode).
- Use the Services for spam, phishing, or other unauthorized solicitation.
- Disrupt the normal operation of the Services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content of the Services are the property of Appmosphere Limited or its licensors.
- You may not use any trademark, logo, or brand without express permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Appmosphere makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appmosphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appmosphere, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
- Appmosphere may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason in its discretion.
- Upon termination, you may lose access to features, content, or funds associated with monetization, subject to applicable policies.
12. Changes to Terms
- Appmosphere may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
- Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Disputes should first be addressed via internal support channels. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through local arbitration / courts.
