Elvis Cubby Awiagah is a seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user-focused design. He has led high-impact projects across Ghana, the U.S., and internationally, including developing learning management systems, managing secure infrastructure for healthcare and fintech, as well as guiding organizations to achieve global certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001:2015, and the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP).

As CTO of Appmosphere, Elvis leads the company’s technology vision and execution, overseeing product innovation, UI/UX design, security, and infrastructure to ensure the platform scales securely and globally. His leadership bridges design and engineering, empowering teams to deliver products that are not only reliable and secure but also intuitive and user-friendly.

He has been recognized for his excellence in Project Management. Beyond his professional achievements, Elvis is passionate about empowering Africa’s youth through technology, serving as a Volunteer Educator at Sylvan Model School, where he teaches children coding and robotics.
